In-House Private Party
The perfect space for events of 20-60 people. Please inquire about utilizing our restaurant or lounge for your event. Non-refundable fee of $100 will be due at time of booking. Minimum food & beverage requirements or additional room rental fees may apply
Server or Bartender
If your event needs additional staff to remain onsite for service needs an additional $30.00 per hour will be assessed for each staff member, a minimum of four hours is required
Rental
For any additional rental needs we have partnered with local premier rental companies. Aviva will utilize our relationship to ensure that you have any additional items for your event (tents, tables, chairs). Request at time of booking
Bar Set Ups
Aviva can bring a full bar to your event as well! Full bar service can be added for $75 per set up plus cost of all alcoholic beverages mixers and bartender fees

Minimum charge for any event - 750. Which includes 4 total hours - 2 hours for set up, heating oven and break down. 2 hours for service including 2 staff members for the event. Pizza (up to 4 topping choices) Specialty Pizza - subject to extra charge. All equipment and transportation within a 10 mile radius around Warrendale, PA 15086. Set up includes three 6 ft tables, tablecloths, plates, rolled silverware, all condiments and serving utensils under our covered tent. We need a relatively flat area of 10' x 20' to use during service with at least a 10' opening to the area you would like us to set up. Additional mileage charges will apply after the 10 mile radius
