Thanks for stopping by to check out what Avilla Pizza and Subs is all about. After 23 years in the pizza business it was time to do it on my own. So on June 21, 2010 I bought Avilla Pizza and Subs and the journey began. Using a lifetime of experience in the pizza business I set forth on a mission to make the best pizza around, period! I decided to leave the 5 and 10 dollar pizzas to the other guys and focused on simply making awesome pizza. Making all of our dough fresh in the store was the first step. We’ve developed our own special recipe that makes our pizza taste so great. Next, we expanded our hours of operation and opened for lunch everyday. It was a big investment that allowed us to bring most of the food preparation in house. That led to making our breadsticks and garlic cheese bread in the store, instead of buying them from our food suppliers. It’s all part of our mission to make our pizza the best you’ve ever tasted. In October of 2010 we’re adding some new items to our menu….Boneless Wings, and Oreo Cheesecake!!! We’re always developing our menu and products so be sure to let us know what you think.
