West Fort Worth’s Aventino’s Italian Restaurant has been a neighborhood icon in the popular Camp Bowie Blvd. area for over 30 years. The family owned and operated restaurant is run by Chris Hight and Erica Paez Hight. Erica’s parents were the original owners of the restaurant. Today, Chris and Erica lovingly recreate family recipes passed down from the family, while their son Zander, the sous chef, has joined them to carry on the family tradition.
