Enriched in a strong bloodline of butchers, Charlie Domanico (grandfather), started the tradition of excellence with numerous locations in Chicago years ago. Over time the Domanico family branched out to the suburbs. Ascot Prime Meats has had several locations over the years (Deerfield, Glenview, Elk Grove, & Lake Zurich), but has always proudly served the Prospect Heights community for over 40 years. With today's ever changing market, the Domanico family, three generations later, still prides itself on the true craftsmanship of years ago, along with today's ever evolving knowledge of food.
