Originally, Fritz & Alfredo’s was opened in 1992 by Al and Adele Mundt. The menu included many family recipes from Mexico & Germany. In 2003, the business was sold to Adele’s brother, Arturo Cavazos and his wife Evelyn. Renovations were made to the inside and outside of the building, but the commitment to the freshness and quality of the food has always stayed the same. Arturo developed a new menu, maintaining many of the old favorites, while adding a few specialty dishes. To compliment the range of specialty dishes, Arturo’s offers a wide selection of flavored margaritas, along with a variety of Mexican and German beers & wines.
