Duration: 90 min; Free; Ready for a completely new experience? Increase your flexibility, strength and coordination by taking a beginner Capoeira class! Designed to train and condition your muscles through cardiovascular and strength training movements, you'll learn the basic techniques and skills of this Brazilian martial art form. This class is conducted at a slower pace to allow you the opportunity to master the fundamentals of capoeira's quick, no-time-to-think movements. Change up your same old routine with this martial art / dancing hybrid!
