Set to music Vinyasa Basics is a perfect place to begin your yoga journey, as well as to deepen your practice. Great for all levels, practiced in 95 degree room

A fusion of Yoga, Pilates and use of the Ballet Barre for isometric movements to shape and sculpt the whole body. Developing core , upper and lower body strength to assit in your yoga practice
Vinyasa - All Levels
It is a flowing sequence of Yoga postures to music and linked together by breath. Our classes will help you build grace, poise, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Power Vinyasa Yoga is appropriate for most fitness levels and is fun! We offer modifications for each pose so that you can adjust for your level of flexibility and fitness. The room is heated to 95 degrees
Yin yoga
Deep stretching in a warm environment for 75 minutes
Meditative Bikram Style 90
Set to gentle music this class will focus on the breath and feeling each posture. Follow your teacher as she leads through demonstration and minimal dialogue. This 90 minute class is for students that have taken at least 10 Bikram classes
Seva - Free Vinyasa Class
Seva in sanskrit means selfless service. Join our vinyasa teachers and support a great cause at this donation based class every Saturday at 4:30. Donations will be supporting a different charity every quarter. This month we are raising awareness for: Habitat for Humanity. Donations Optional
Barre+Stretch
This is the optional 30 minute stretch that follows Barre on Tuesday Mornings
