With respect to tradition, a penchant for excellence and the conviction to try new techniques and ingredients, Aquavit transforms Nordic cuisine with extraordinary care. For lunch, we serve an a la carte menu of Scandinavian classics such as Swedish Meatballs, Gravlax and Toast Skagen. For dinner, we offer a four-course prix fixe or seven-course tasting menu of modern Nordic selections.
