Classic European Pasta with a Pacific Northwest Flair. Laury and Ed had long dreamed of having their own place, but the reality of raising six kids on a single income made things challenging. Two years ago things finally started to fall into place and the dream started to become a reality. Anything's Pastable grew out of their love of pasta and Ed's many years as a chef and line cook. The menu is small and features classic Italian sauces rendered with a Northwest flair, gluten-free pasta available and vegetarian options
