All fitness levels welcome! Foundations is the class for anyone new to pole dancing. Starting from the ground up, you will learn beginner pole dance moves, including spins, climbs and floorwork. We will work on conditioning moves that will help you begin to condition for inversions and develop movement choreography in every class.

Open Studio (Unhosted)
Open studio time is your time to work on everything that you've learned in class! Use this time to practice drills, develop choreography, focus on routine building and developing your own unique style. Note that open studio practice times arenot hosted. You must sign up online as drop ins will not be allowed to practice. Note that you will be emailed a code to get into the studio on the day of your appointment.
