This hour long practice will move you through a powerful, vigorous vinyasa based on the teachings of Baron Baptiste. Get in, get your flow on, and get on with the rest of your day. Community Class is a power vinyasa yoga class based on the Anjali Sequence, just like all other classes, the only difference is the price. It is taught by certified teachers trained in the teachings of Baron Baptiste. You will move you through the powerful sequence, focusing on being present through breath, strength and flexibility. You must be 15 years old to attend this class unless accompanied by a parent
40 Days Practice - Participants Only
This 75 minute Power Vinyasa class is for 40 Days to a Personal Revolution, participants only. Each week will be based on a 40 Days Theme and The 12 Laws of Transformation
40 Days to Personal Revolution
Important Information: Starts Monday January 25th 7:00 - 8:15 - 40 Dayers Only Practice Meeting begins immediately following at 8:30-9:30 pm Transformation in progress! This is Your Revolution and ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! You will connect with Yourself and Your Community! You will see your LIFE with new eyes! Be a YES to your possibilities! You will learn to meditate daily and develop a home practice. Please purchase the 40 Days to Personal Revolution book by Baron Baptiste. This six week program begins Monday, 1/25/2016 and Weekly Meetings to be held on Mondays at 8:30 pm, immediately following the 7:15 pm practice. You will receive lots of support for your practice, meditation and journaling. Cost: $50 participation fee along with the 40 Days of Unlimited Yoga Special for $120 (if you are not already on autopay). Anjali Power Yoga Beginner Series
The Anjali Power Yoga Beginner Series is a great way to start your yoga practice! This 8-week series teaches new students the fundamentals of yoga and provides a safe and engaging learning environment. Students learn yogic breathing, yoga postures, and relaxation techniques. The beginners series is taught in a sequential manner to help students build strength and flexibility
Power Yoga Sculpt
ALL LEVELS. Power Yoga Sculpt is a combination of power yoga, weight training and a cardio workout. This class is designed to strengthen your yoga practice by providing amplified yoga poses that allow maximum calorie burning and muscle toning. Classes target every muscle group in the body to help you gain strength and flexibility, build healthy bone density and feel your best. The room is heated between 85 and 90 degrees
Long Slow Deep
This class will warm up the body with some vinyasa flow but quickly brings students to asana postures that explore the depths of their flexibility with long holds (typically 3-5 minutes) This approach gets deep into the muscular fibers of the body and is very restorative and relaxing. Our goal will be to "release" built up tension and stress and "restore" a peaceful mind and body!

Hams, Hips and Abs
HEY RUNNERS AND ATHLETES! Come out for some good stretches. Baptiste style yoga is great to work on those problem areas, sore hamstrings, tight hips and abdominal muscles. We all get to the start line with a list of body aches, why not make yoga part of your routine and give your body a break. You will work out in a 92 degree studio to help create space and release stress and tension that all the long miles have piled up on your body. Learn how to incorporate Baptiste style yoga into your training program. So what better way to finish off your weekend or your long run with giving your body some extra attentionCome on over and get your yoga on!
