Angelina's of Maryland was formed in 2005 for the purpose of carrying on a tradition. Under the guidance of several generations of previous owners, and with the future of Baltimore's famous restaurant uncertain, we worked hard to learn and preserve the recipe, techniques and ingredients
that made the Angelina's crab cake a Maryland institution for decades.We are proud to offer a product today that is virtually unchanged from the original and practically unmatched in the marketplace. A stubborn insistence on using only domestic blue crab makes our product one of the last representatives of a true Maryland crab cake, even if one of the most expensive to produce. We have found that our customers appreciate the difference.
