Focused Interval Training class - Full body, high intensity workouts that can be modified or advanced to accommodate varying fitness levels - Exercises will utilize body weight or free weights - Class designs will include circuits, tibatas, partner workouts, etc. 60 minute classes (full dynamic warm-up, workout of the day, cool down/stretching) - Detailed demonstrations of exercises, close monitoring of form, elite level coaching -Designed specifically to burn fat, increase lean muscle mass, and enhance overall fitness.
