Strength and Flow Vinyasa is a dynamic, flowing yoga practice that connects strength in stillness, energy in movement AND vitality in breath. This class is designed to cultivate presence, build strength, aid balance and weight loss, and reducing stress. All levels welcome with modifications provided. Please sign up on Monday before 8 pm to be admitted into Tuesday 5:45 am class. We will not run this class unless we have a minimum of 4 clients
