Our Flavors
Raspberry
The raspberry is the fruit which contains the highest mineral density. Its taste combines sweetness, tanginess and freshness. Fragrant, the palate enjoys the natural and sweet notes. Given the delicate nature of this fruit, it is very difficult to transport and thus our ice cream can only be churned when the fruit is fully ripe.
Bourbon Vanilla
A walk around the plantations in Madagascar is a sensory paradise! Each spoonful of our vanilla ice cream reveals a floral but slightly woody taste. Our handling of this iconic ice cream is meticulous – the vanilla bean is first split lengthways in order to collect all the precious black vanilla seeds which we then patiently allow to infuse. In short, it doesn’t get better than this (nothing tops it)!
Amorino Chocolate
The perfect combination of pure cocoa and whole milk. The magic of this flavour and the childhood memories that go with it are from an old secret recipe!
Unique
The traditional chocolate & hazelnut spread, or Italy in a bite! This flavour begs you to do only one thing– enjoy (savour) the taste. For the connoisseur, nothing can top the combination of cocoa and hazelnut. In fact it brings the inner child out in you!
La Stracciatella
This typical Italian ice cream has to be eaten with your eyes closed to fully appreciate the pleasure of each spoonful. The fior du latte ribbons and the crispy dark chocolate flakes melt on your tongue and constantly surprise you.
Chocolate from Ecuador
Cocoa trees typically grow in the equatorial tropical forests that are found in the Americas, Asia and Africa. After much research we finally chose the cocoa bean from Ecuador for its intensity and surprising note of hazelnut.
Coffee
What‘s more Italian than an expresso? We put a lot of energy into creating a flavourful and strong ice cream. We think we succeeded in finding the right intensity.
Pistachios
Recognised as being the best in the world, with their beautiful emerald colour, Sicily pistachios possess a uniquely identifiable taste. It is a flavour by which you can tell an authentic ice cream maker. At Amorino, it is one of our most popular flavours, and we are watchful that it remains that way!
Yogurt Made with Fat-Free Yoghurt
Delight in the freshness and delicate flavour of fat free yoghurt in a light & smooth ice cream.
Indian Alphonso Mango
Mangoes have been part of Indian history for thousands of years. They are cited in old Hindu and Chinese Buddhist scripts and by countless European travelers over the course of several centuries. The Alphonso mango from Goa and Maharashtra region is considered the Queen of mangoes!
Hazelnut from Piemont
Sophisticated, with an intense aroma and lingering after taste, is how real connoisseurs describe the Tonde and Gentile Trilobata Hazelnut. This hazelnut is unique and is the only one that has the Italian Protected Geographic designation.
Coconut
Do you crave exoticism, smoothness and freshness? Our coconut flavour is perfect for those who have a sweet tooth and who are looking for a souvenir of their holidays! This flavour allows your taste buds to travel far and wide without taking a plane!
Strawberry
Respect Mother nature’s pace and be prepared to be delighted by simple pleasures…what a wonderful way to enjoy life. We prepare this sorbet only when strawberries are in season. By selecting only ripe strawberries , we obtain a true flavoured and intensely coloured sorbet.
Femminello Lemon from Sorrente
The famously rich and tart flavour from the oval Femminello lemons has been renowned for centuries. Wall paintings and mosaics in Pompeii and Herculanum prove that these lemons have been appreciated since the first century AD.
Passion Fruit
The floral flavours of this fruit are found in our passion fruit sorbet. It is paradise in every bite! This exotic berry with a 1000 flavours is a real vitamin booster too!
Organic Chocolate Sorbet
Because we like to satisfy everyone’s taste, we made a lactose-free chocolate sorbet. Our Sorbetto al Cioccolato Bio is guaranteed to delight many.
Caramel with Salted Butter
A smooth fresh cream, of the salted butter, a touch of sugar and our Know how to make of this flavor an authentic ice cream
Amaretto Biscuits
A legend in itself - this is a flavour with a history. According to legend, in the 17th century, the cardinal of Milan during a visit to Saronno met two lovers - Giuseppe and Osolina - who presented him with their homemade biscuits. These biscuits – both sweet and bitter - wrapped two by two - symbolized their love for each other. The Cardinal blessed the couple and they later married.
Amarena Cherry
This flavour combines creamy ice cream with the delicate flavour of the amarena cherry. Spring and summery flavours jump to mind. Truly delicious, we urge you not to wait to try it!
Speculos Biscuit
By using no eggs but only the highest quality whole fresh milk brings out the distinctive flavour of the Speculos in this ice cream. This Belgian biscuit has a strong flavour of caramelised sugar cane, cinnamon and nutmeg. A pure delight in every spoonful.
Crema
This Italian ice cream is a grand classic (par excellence) waiting to be discovered.
Banana
With its beautiful rich yellow colour, our banana is picked only once it is ripe and perfectly fragrant. This flavour combines a creamy smoothness with the delicate taste of banana. A delightful mixture of sweet and exotic.
Dulce de Leche
Eaten mostly in South American countries, it is in Argentina where "Dulce de Leche" is considered a national symbol. According to legend, it was born by mistake in the 19th century with a pot of sugared milk being left forgotten on a flame. After several hours of cooking, the milk transforms into a delicious creamy caramel mixture.
