Amerigo’s Grille owners Casey and Nancy Kosh have pioneered restaurants in two different North Houston locations. In 1989, Casey and Nancy saw the need for a quality restaurant in the rapidly-growing Spring area. There, they opened Amerigo’s Seafood & Pasta to great success and reviews. In 1994, they looked further north to The Woodlands, another quickly-expanding residential area. With their experience and courage, the Kosh family built what would become the most famous fine-dining establishment on Houston’s north side.
