First, we dry rub our premium meats with our own mix of spices and seasonings, then slow cook them (for 5-16 hours!) in our wood smokers right on the premises. The meat stays moist, “fall off the bone tender” and full of natural smokey flavor. Notice the reddish color near the bone, telling you it’s really slow-smoked.
