In this class students will build LED grow lights to take home. They will be the strength for starting seedlings or growing plants with certain light requirements.Students will learn theory of selecting the appropriate frequencies of light for targeting chlorophyll absorption. The wiring will include basic soldering. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Rhino 123: Advanced
The final class will focus on prototyping and developing one design. We will be covering more advanced techniques of mapping and paneling. We will sketch, model, and prepare digital files for fabrication. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Rhino 123: Intermediate
The focus of this class is to expand your digital modeling toolkit by creating one form multiple times, each time with a different technique. We will also cover the process of creating diagrams and renderings. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Rhino 123: Beginner
This class will begin with a quick overview of the different possibilities and limitations with digital modeling software. The class will then dive into fundamental techniques to draw and model basic forms that can then be used in visualizations and/or fabrication. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
