Inspired by Chef's culinary journals documenting local foods as they progress through each season, Almanac offers three, five, and eight course tasting menus which change each and every day depending upon the local ingredients currently available in each growing cycle. Guests can also enjoy a single dish from any of our tasting menus in the restaurant, lounge, and at the bar, appetizers for $20 or entrées for $40. Wine pairings are also available for each tasting menu.
