Chef-owner Lorenzo Logoreci gratuated from Culinary School in Rome, where he worked at the world renouned, family-owned Tre Scalini Restaurant in Piazza Navona, Rome.After opening a successful restaurant in Heidelberg, Germany, he moved to the USA where he worked as Sous-Chef a the Ritz-Carlton in Buckhead, Atlanta.In 2004, Lorenzo opened a 32-seat Roman restaurant, Allegro Romano, now known internationally as one of the best restaurants on the west coast.
