Located on the site of what was a tackle and bait shop in the 1930’s, All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar draws inspiration from the materials and tools once sold here. The restaurant celebrates Seattle’s maritime industry, which you’ll see everywhere from the portraits of fishermen to the articulated shelves. With details like worn wood and white brick, the rustic design evokes the simplicity of a fishing boat plying the seas for a fresh catch. You can expect a menu that reflects the seasons, as well as the bounty that is Pike Place Market — at more than 110 years old, one of the longest-running markets in the country — located just down the street. From boat to plate in less than 24 hours, each elegant dish is one to be savored. Our famed oysters are sourced exclusively from the Puget Sound, and varieties change daily. We are proud to offer Manila and Littleneck Clams and Penn Cove Mussels, as well as local scallops, rockfish, and black cod - all sourced between Seattle and Alaska. Our Pacific King Salmon is sourced from the wild between late spring and early fall, and sustainably farmed during the off season. All of our Halibut is sourced from Alaska. Based on availability, our limited specials feature both local delicacies such as Razor Clams, Geoduck, and Dungeness Crab, and some that are less local, like our Alaskan King Crab and Hawaiian Ahi Tuna. We source almost all of our produce from Washington and Oregon during the spring and summer seasons, and in the fall we get local wild mushrooms from the Cascade and Olympic Mountains. Our kitchen is proud to create dishes that are seasonal and locally sourced from small farmers, fishermen, and foragers, showcasing the natural beauty in the product (color, shape, texture) by not overly processing, which creates a “rustic refined” style. We source Pacific Northwest products from Nerka and Duna Fisheries, Loki Fish, Foraged and Found Edibles, Tonnemaker Family Orchard, Kings Garden, Seattle Caviar, Hama Hama Shellfish, Baywater Shellfish, Taylor Shellfish, Fulcrum Coffee, Grand Central Bakery, Tall Grass Bakery and Olympic Mountain Ice Cream.
