It is required that any changes made for an event must be completed seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event to ensure its proper accommodations. This includes any menu changes or an increase or decrease in guest count. This guarantee is final and will be charged accordingly. The catering department will be prepared to serve 5% above the guarantee and these additional attendees will be added to the final bill.
