Classes
Parent and Tot
Thu: 5:45 - 6:30 pm. Parent and Tot is for boys and girls 18 to 36 months of age. This program gives you a chance to spend quality time with your toddler in a fun and positive environment as well as stimulate your child's development of strength, flexibility, and coordination skills through games and exercise. Parent and Tot is a 45-minute class.

Pre-School
Mon: 5:45-6:30 pm, Wed: 3:45-4:30 pm, Fri: 5:45-6:30 pm. Pre-School is for boys and girls ages 3 to 4 years. At this age, your child is venturing into group education. We help your child learn social skills such as following directions and taking turns that will enable him or her to feel happy and confident in group situations. We also work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination skills through games and exercise. Pre-School is a 45-minute class.

Advanced Pre-School
Tue: 5:30-6:30 pm, Fri: 3:30-4:30 pm. Advanced Pre-School is for boys and girls ages 4 to 5 years. This class provides young children the opportunity to improve motor skills and social skills while developing a positive feeling about themselves and their own capabilities. In this class, children also learn the basic terminology of gymnastics as well as the basic movements on all four events. Advanced Pre-School is a 60-minute class.

Boys
Mon: 6:30-7:30 pm. Boys class is for boys 6 years and up. In this class, boys work on the basic skills and terminology of gymnastics. They work on improving flexibility, strength, and body coordination. Boys class is a 60-minute class.

Cheerleading / Tumbling
Mon: 7:30-8:30 pm, Thu: 7:30-8:30 pm. Cheerleading/Tumbling class is for girls and boys 9 to 18 years of age. In this class we work on jumps, cartwheels, round-offs, back-handsprings, front-handsprings, back-tucks, and many other tumbling skills. We also work on improving strength and flexibility. Safety is very important in our program. we use progression; we also use two in-ground trampolines (one is 50 feet long), a custom 80-foot tumbling floor, and a large resi-pit to make tumbling not only fun but also safe. Cheerleading/Tumbling is a 60-minute class.

Private Lessons
We offer private lessons to members as well as non-members. If your child needs just a little bit more help or if they want to learn a skill faster, you can set up a private lesson with one of our coaches. Private lessons are set up at your convenience, and we help children of all ages and all levels. Private lesson: 30-minute session.

Girls
Beginner Girls
Mon: 3:30-4:30 pm, Wed: 6:30-7:30 pm, Fri: 4:30-5:30 pm. Beginner Girls is for girls 6 years and older. In this class, children work on the basic skills and terminology of gymnastics. They work on improving flexibility, strength, and balance. Beginner Girls is a 60-minute class.

Intermediate Girls
Mon: 4:30-5:30 pm, Wed: 5:30-6:30 pm, Fri: 6:30-7:30 pm. Intermediate Girls is for girls that have mastered the Beginner class. In this class we continue to teach children new skills as well as improve the technique of the skills they have previously learned. Intermediate Girls is a 60-minute class.

Advanced Recreational Girls
Tue: 6:30-7:30 pm, Thu: 6:30-7:30 pm. Advanced Recreational Girls is a class for girls that have mastered the Intermediate class. In this class children learn to set goals and achieve them. Learning a skill takes repetition, self discipline, and patience. All of these are not only lessons for gymnastics, but also for life. After a child masters a skill we go on and set goals to help them learn a more challenging skill. We also continue to help your child improve in strength and flexibility. Advanced Recreational Girls is a 60-minute class.

Rookie
Mon: 3:30-5:30 pm, Wed: 3:30-5:30 pm. Rookie is a two hour class. This class is for gymnasts planning to eventually enter the competitive team. Rookie is an invitation only class. Children learn not only the skills they need for the Bronze level (1st competitive level), but they also learn presentation and strength. Rookie is a 120-minute class.

AIGY Provides
It is also possible to host your child's party on Sundays, but please contact us for available dates and times. Also, please note that the cost for Sunday parties is price and a half. Please reserve your Birthday Blast at least two weeks in advance. A deposit of $25 is due at reservation time. The remainder of the cost is due the day of the party. Please call 803-649-7556 to make your reservation. Who: Children age 2 and up, When: Saturdays, 10:00 - 11:30, 12:30 - 2:00, 3:00 - 4:30. Cost: $122 for up to 10 children. $8 for each additional child.

About Us
Aiken gymnastics is conveniently located adjacent to the Aiken Sports Complex and offers the best gymnastics training facility in South Carolina. Our equipment in our 12,000 square foot gym meets the specifications of the international gymnastics federation. Aiken Gymnastics has a resi-pit for tumbling, uneven bars, and vault dismounts. Our gym has a 50 foot in ground tumbling tramp and a custom 80 foot tumbling floor. Fully carpeted and air-conditioned, our facility provides a pleasant environment for gymnasts of all ages.
