Our Maya Mountain Origin bar is 70% dark chocolate and made with only two ingredients: organic cacao and organic cane sugar. This bar has subtle, tangy berry flavors and mellow undertones of honey, caramel, and pineapple that come naturally from the cacao beans. The beans for our Maya Mountain Origin bar are sourced from 350 smallholder cacao family farms in Belize. Cocoa Honey Caramels
Cocoa Honey Caramels is a collaboration with the local honey caramel company Bees Brothers and the Aggie Chocolate Factory. The honey caramels are made from Cache Valley honey and the cocoa powder and nibs are made from our Costa Esmeraldas beans. Silky, smooth caramel with just a little crunch!
