Bad news -- you're on Fight Duty NEXT WEEK and your punch attack looks like a newborn trying to pick up a Cheerio. Is there a motor skills helpline? Whatever will you do? In this scenario, we suggest that you start with a cold hard MMA/Kung-fu/TKD course. Few of its kind, this broad-spectrum fight course offers self-defense tactics for just about any situation. You'll cover MMA, a mixture of various styles of striking and grappling, as well as San Soo Kung-Fu, Jidokwon TKD, and Hapikdo -- all great resources for tackling villains of varied training backgrounds. You'll also cover practical weapons advice, where you'll learn the practicalities of weapons like guns, sticks and knives. On top of that, you'll learn both UFC techniques, as well as street smart tactics. Before long, crime will drop so low they won't need to charge anyone for Fight Duty. Duration: 55 min; Free; What if you could materialize boredom, hand it to your buddy and swiftly kick it into one million or two pieces like a plank of wood? We think you're onto something. In fact, we know you are, and there's a name for it: TaeKwonDo. TaeKwonDo is the Korean military art of self-defense that covers the following five tiers: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit. In addition to empty-hand defense, it also includes training with weapons such as the sword, knife, stick and Bo staff. Learn this art if you want to wear your leather jacket unironically and cure boredom forever. OH -- I know, what if we chop of the second half of the world (hi-ya!) and just called it "board?"
