Advanced Practice Solutions (APS) is a healthcare employment agency founded in early 1998 by nurse practitioners who experienced difficulty finding flexible work environments in which to practice their new skills. Frustrated by lack of options, they formed their own group and worked to obtain contracts first throughout the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas (Twin Cities) of Minnesota (MN). Today, Advanced Practice Solutions is a nationwide healthcare employment agency offering medical recruitment services and medical jobs for nurse practitioners, advanced practice nurses, and physician assistants in all 50 states.
