Adelina's Bistro & Market Place is located within a quick drive of Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and of course, Nipomo. Set within California's most prestigious wine region, Adelina's Bistro includes not just a great wine list, but delicious local ingredients that keep the menu fresh, light, and always appetizing.English Captain William Dana was the original land owner of the 39,000 acre Nipomo Ranch, which was given to him as a Mexican land grant in 1837. As the story goes, Adelina was Captain Dana's favorite daughter, and it is said that Captain Dana and this little girl were inseparable. Together with the remainder of his family, they settled the area, and are generally considered the "founders" of what is now Nipomo. As a tribute to Nipomo's first family, we've created Adelina's Bistro & Market Place.
