Lindita began practicing yoga as a peaceful means to release stress and to maintain a healthy piece of mind. She began to strengthen her practice in 2010 where yoga had become more than just a way of exercise but a way of life. She found not only did it balance out her running but it also helped her to relax, breathe, learn to enjoy life and embrace every moment. Her practice has also helped her stay physically fit and healthy for her marathon training. Lindita completed her 200 hour YTT in March 2013 with the primary goal of having stronger understanding of Yoga, and to teach Children's Yoga being that she was a Certified Montessori Pre-School teacher for 10 years. She has also completed Karma Kids yoga certification with Shari Vilchez-Blatt in August 2012.
Eileen began her yoga journey in 2001, taking a class at the local YMCA, in an attempt to help heal a lower back injury. Over time, she discovered that yoga not only provided her body a physical return but also a mental and spiritual one. Each practice providing a time to disconnect from the stresses of everyday life and reconnect and find peace within. As her practice evolved over time, she became more inspired to want to share yoga with others and in 2015 she completed her 200 hr RYT with The Yoga Center for Teacher Training. Her intention is to share yoga with others, to guide a practice that provides not only a physical benefit but also helps other to connect to their spirit and realize their power within

In 2016, at the loving urging of his brother Dan, Matt underwent his 200-hour certification under the guidance of Jeff Posner. Matt is also certified to teach the Yoga Sutras as well as Yin Yoga. He is currently pursing his Master's in Social Work, interning at a substance abuse clinic, and teaching Yoga. He values love, integrity, and playfulness. He loves coffee, music, and helping others. As an athlete growing up, Kyra always found joy in living an active and healthy lifestyle. After going away to college, she attended her first yoga class her freshman year as a means to deal with the stress she was facing and was instantly hooked. After graduating college, Kyra decided to advance her practice and completed her 200 hour teacher training through Powerflow School of Yoga under the teachings of Carrie Parker and Stacey Bell in February 2017.
