In the spring of 2005, owners and employees of Spa Athletic Club, along with other local nutrition and fitness trainers approached us to develop a nutrition meal plan that would help their members achieve overall health and fitness. Understanding the importance of balancing an active lifestyle with healthy food and eating habits were key. We determined appropriate portions that can be applied to a broad range of individuals with varying goals and applications.
