Our ingredients are in season and our preparations are simple following Chef Carlos Ysaguirre’s approach of “buying the best, doing the least, and letting the ingredients be the star.”
Our seasonal menu appeals to a variety of culinary tastes and has five categories – each with meat, fish and vegetarian options – ideal for selecting dishes to share or creating a multi-course meal. Our charcuterie, sausage, pasta and bread are made in house. Our grilled specialties are cooked over hardwood.
