A form of flow yoga. It encourages mindful exploration of the posture while offering an invigorating combination of fluid movement and deeper, prolonged holds. This practice is ideal for Yogis looking for elements that are well balanced, challenging and calming at the same time
Here at Accelerate we have one goal. To make your workout fun, sweaty and exciting. There is a reason that our cycling classes are called "Party on Wheels". You will burn 700-1000 calories in one session while your instructor will lead you through an awesome mix of climbs, sprints, jumps, push-ups, isolations and endless other combinations in tune with great music. Our room is dark so you can enjoy the light show, get into your zone, work at your own pace and become one with your bike.
