Joel has been an athlete for 12 years. He's played American-Football and ran track and field at the college level. Personal training, assisting coaches and teammates, training friends and family and also training himself, has been something he's always done throughout his life. Joel is very sports oriented and focuses on conditioning for athletes.
Luis has been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years, is a US Air Force Veteran, and certified personal trainer. Luis works primarily in the medical field, and applies that knowledge to his personal training techniques.
Alli is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Works with clients of Eisenhower Center (Brain Injuries) with rehabilitation and weight loss. Certified in Group Fitness, Women's Fitness, and Youth exercise. Volunteers for Detroit Public schools in teaching students different exercise routines. Alli focuses a lot on wholeness and works with her clients so that she can help them with every aspect of their fitness lifestyle extending well beyond the gym.
Jamie specializes in functional fitness training, complete fitness assessments, strength/cardio conditioning and injury prevention. Involved in health and fitness for over 15 years, used to be a manager at Curves, soon to be Physical Therapist Assistant.
As a nearly 30 year educator, Cameron decided to change directions and support people in good health and fitness. He is certified with American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. His mission is to provide a personalized and tailored health and fitness program, encompassing a holistic approach to healthy living in a small intimate studio while building trusting relationships with his clients.
Anthony has been in the fitness industry since 2005, is a certified personal trainer, with a degree in exercise prescription and personal training. Anthony currently coaches and plays Rugby. Being from New Zealand, Anthony uses many unique approaches in his personalized training sessions.

Our food coach and personal chef, Michelle Bommarito has worked for Martha Stewart, The Food Network, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and was a personal chef for Michael Jordan. She offers a variety of classes with a very wide range. Every rate is different per class, but is set at a reasonable amount. Learn how to make healthy eating choices, prep easy nutritional meals, and knock out cravings.

In this class, you will gain strength, patience, stability. Students learn how to properly defend themselves against potential attackers by utilizing advanced tactics that are taught and employed by the military. Martial arts taught at A2 Fitness Professionals ranges from Brazilian Jujitsu to Muay Thai, and students are allowed to demonstrate their techniques. Building from fundamental techniques in a series of grappling drills, and then we teach drill series that can be performed as part of daily physical training. Beginners are welcome.
Zumba is a fun, invigorating dance class inspired by various types of Latin American dance. Our Zumba instructor, Hilary, combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, flexibility, and resistance training in her Zumba class. Hours are Monday-Thursday: 6:15 PM, and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM.
Soul Infused Yoga
Our certified yoga instructor, Lindsay, teaches recovery- infused yoga. Yoga strengthens and lengthens the mind, body, spirit, and increases lung capacity.
Boxing and Conditioning
A2 Fitness boxing class is an explosive sport! Ballistic training methods are especially effective during weight training for boxing. Learn how to improve your strength and agility for boxing while focusing on: reactive power, power endurance, muscular endurance, anaerobic and aerobic endurance. Boxing conditioning targets onset of fatigue by increasing tolerance to lactic acid build-up, increases stores of phosphocreatine to produce ATP, delay of pre-mature use of the lactic acid system, efficiency improvement of oxygen use, advance recovery between intense bursts of activity.
A2 Fitness group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
