Investing in massage is an investment in your health. You can choose any type of therapeutic massage during your time with us. Examples: Muscle Release Technique (SM), Medical, Sports**, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trager Movements and others. If not specified, a combination of various modalities will be used.

The Muscle Release Technique (SM)
Includes: an Instructional DVD on stretching, a therapy rope and 1 Deep Blue Rub - a soothing tube of doTerra cream for sore areas. If you have repetitive use problems from work or play, this is for you! You will have a body work session, in depth instruction/explanation, and a take home program to follow. You won't be disappointed.

In my experience, you guys have a lot of issues going on that need worked out. You will feel better if all areas can be addressed adequately. **Series massages must be paid in advance.

In addition, we provide specific therapy and massage for dancers.
