Caribbean Spice Menu: A Taste of the Caribbean. Dinners are served with sides of rice and peas, sautéed vegetables and fried plantains. Lunch bowls are only served Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM -3:00 PM. Lunch bowls consist of chicken or tofu or vegetables served over steamed rice.
