Focusing on the efficient movement of energy throughout the body, Kundalini Yoga uses the tools of breath, movement, mudra (hand positions) & mantra (recited phrases) to support optimal health & increase vitality. This practice is suitable for all levels & is beginner-friendly. Led by Lee Vanderhoof, a Kundalini Yoga teacher and Reiki Master Teacher. We will be offering Kundalini Yoga twice a month as part of a rotating line-up of classes on Saturday morning from 9:30-10:45am. You can use any class pass or membership for this class or drop-in for $15.
