Marilyn is a certified yoga instructor and a graduate of the Finding Inner Peace Yoga School. She is a member of the Yoga Alliance and has completed over 200 hours of formal instruction. Marilyn has been teaching yoga for over 10 years. Marilyn has also taken additional yoga programs including: Kundalini Yoga,Hatha Yoga,BrainGym-Level I,Kripala Yoga for Children-Radiant Child Yoga by Shakta Kaur Khasla and Color Me Yoga. She is registered with the yoga alliance as an E-RYT 200 hours
