Weekly from 7 - 9pm. Two-hour hands-on class where students learn the fundamentals of preparing a seasonal pie. Includes a sample tasting, recipes, espresso - in addition to a whole pie and pint of ice cream to take home. Students prepare a whole pie to take home (varieties change every season)
Learn baking tips from the "Pie Guy" including how to make the perfect dough, crust techniques, ingredient recommendations, and so much more. Pie class includes a sample tasting of several varieties of A la Mode Pie, espresso from Caffe Umbria, and a pint of Old School Frozen Custard to take home.
To register, email the Pie Guy and include your full name, class date desired, email, and phone number.
Payment will be collected when you arrive.
A la Mode also offers private pie-making classes for groups (5 student minimum).
The class is a perfect way to celebrate a birthday, baby shower, or corporate/team building event.
