A&B was originally founded by Sue Wong in Northridge, CA during the early 90's. Sue grew up in Hong Kong and she watched her father prepare authentic Chinese dishes each and everyday. The Wong family later moved to America but luckily they didn't forget to bring their recipes as well. Teaming up with head chef Benson Aw, A&B Chinese Express was opened in 2002 in Valencia, CA and continues to attract a wide-range of individuals seeking real Chinese food. Based on traditional Chinese recipes and the philosophy of fresh ingredients, customers are able to enjoy the best Chinese food here in America.
