Our head chef, John Canavari, was inspired and trained by the best. John has attended Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli and was personally taught by Master Instructor and 9 Time World Pizza Cup Champion, Tony Gemignani. Tony's passion for fresh ingredients and expertise in crafting the absolute perfect pizza pie has had a huge hand in helping John cultivate the best artisan pizza making philosophy.
