About Us
“740 Front” in Historic Downtown Louisville Co., designated historical and land-marked, is one of Colorado’s two oldest remaining saloons. The building has been transformed back to its 1904 roots: a traditional American dining saloon with a turn of the century ambiance.
The magnificent room dominating back bar was built in 1880 by the Brunswick Company: cherry, birch, and mahogany make up this "Del Monte" model. Delivered by horse and carriage in 1904..
The dinner menu features signature steaks, “Steaks not well done but done well”, chops, fresh seafood, pasta and oysters accompanied by a choice selection of craft beers, wines and handcrafted cocktails. “Something for everyone.”
