54 mint is an Italian restaurant in the SOMA district enstablished in May 2009 owned by Claudio Ricciolini, Gianluca Legrottaglie and Nicola Della Morte. The cuisine is interpretive Italian and seasonally inspired with a focus on Roman specialties directed by executive Chef Adam Weisell.
