Chef Natalie Sellers graduated in 1989 with high honors from the California Culinary Academy, with an externship at Chez Panisse. She cooked at both Stars and Stars Cafe, and was Executive Chef at the Warwick Regis hotel in San Francisco for four years before moving to Reno. With more than thirty years in the restaurant industry, including ten years working at Bix in San Francisco, General Manager Carol Wilson is passionate about food and wine pairings. The ambience at 4th St. Bistro is welcoming, friendly, and elegant.
