During your first introductory session we'll find and set your main needs and goals and we'll start designing a preliminar and personalized road map following the 32 Mondays Weight Loss Management Method.
One Hour Appointment #2
If you think you know quite enough about the right way to eat, exercise and have a healthy lifestyle to manage your weight but you need some help to go back to the right way, we can have a one hour intensive session where I can find out and let you know the main aspects you need to improve. I will give you a road map for you to work on it on your own.

Special Long Sessions: cooking, exercise or grocery store sessions.
