Sometimes a basic program will do the trick but when special needs arise we can shift gears and do a better job. Each time we visit we not only treat but we inspect for insect or animal activity, including TERMITES! We offer 2 types of General Pest Periodic Services:
Traditional Quarterly
Interior & Exterior treatment/inspection each visit. This program is better suited for people who have spider problems. By putting down glue boards and inspecting them each time we are there we can monitor which type of spiders are present and treat them accordingly.
5-Star Premium
4 Exterior treatment/inspections during warmer months with 1 Interior treatment/inspection in January or February utilizing longer lasting pesticide dusts. The emphasis of this program is on the outside of your home. We are treating to prevent pests like Ants from invading your home and guarantee our treatments when additional visits are needed. The interior visit will be focused on using "dust" pesticides in wall voids and pipe chases where bugs travel. Pesticide dusts have longer residual power to keep working for up to 10 months compared to 3 months with liquid concentrates. We will also put glue boards down, remove cob webs and inspect for any other types of pest issues like Rodents or Bed Bugs. An added feature to this program is that you do not have to be present when we treat the outside of your home. It's not that we don't want to see you but, if you work outside of the home during the day you won't need to take time from your busy schedule to let us in.
