Apparatus: You will be able to utilize the spring resistance of the reformer, tower and/or Wunda chair in order to explore your range of motion and strengthen the body inside and out.

Reformer Jumpboard

The perfect way to incorporate cardio work into your Pilates routine for 45 minutes. Not only does a choreographed cardio routine make your workout more fun, but also it helps you gain physical strength, create healthy body alignments, and prevent future foot injuries. (We recommend our Special Intro Package to have a safe and effective workout.)

Express Trio

A 40 minute total body workout focusing on centering, concentration, control, and flow of the body. This brisk Pilates session helps you strengthen your body inside and out. (We recommend our Special Intro Package to have a safe and effective workout.)

Mat

Mat exercises adapted from the apparatus and props - arm weights, physio balls, form rollers, and magic circles may all be included as part of the session.

Basic Mat

Introduces the fundamentals and principles of classical Pilates mat exercises, focusing on centering and concentration of the body.

Power Mat

A combined-level class, focusing on flow, concentration, and precision for a 45 minutes workout.

All sales are final, Non-refundable & Non-transferable.

All packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase; the Intro package expires 3 months from date of purchase.

All Private, Duet, Trio, Express Trio, and Reformer Jumpboard sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.

All Mat classes must be cancelled 12 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be charged the full class/appointment price.
